I thought I had a pretty good grasp on what going through cancer would be like more than 18-years ago but in actuality, I had no idea.
In this video, I share several of the assumptions I made about what going through cancer would be like and what the end result would be. Some of my assumptions were accurate, some were wildly inaccurate. If you’re going through something incredibly difficult, know you’re not alone.
I hope this video helps other survivors put things in perspective and perhaps starts some dialogue about what living AFTER cancer is like…because living with it is sure does change some of us. If you’re a current patient, I’d love to hear from you.
